To start out, this ride was awesome and Miss Tiara was purring like a kitten the whole time. The roads were super smooth, the weather was cool, and the scenery was just awesome. Wind was coming out of the north at about 15-25mph. So for today, my legs went bad on me after about 3 hours. The next bummer was that I got a flat with about five miles to go outside of town. But good thing that I was able to get it fixed. Thank you to Mr. Blackburn pump. I need to purchase a patch kit and start on my supply of tubes from last year that all have holes in them. Then Miss Sarita had my lunch ready for me when I got back. She said, "I forgot that you eat a lot!". Then it was time for shower and compression tights. Next weekend I will be heading up to Dallas for the end of the year team party and should be getting in some good training rides.
