I've lived here my whole teen life, and driven plenty, but good driving roads and good cycling roads are completely different. I really don't know any routes, so having a Garmin has been a great help. But I digress.
It was a little chilly when I left, I headed north towards NH, so I could add another state line crossing to my list, so far I have LA-MS, MD-PA, and now MA-NH. I rode for about 30 minutes, and passed through a few towns, and was close to the NH border. All of a sudden it got colder, and I saw a few snow flakes, I kept heading north, and it started to pick up. Soon I was in the middle of a snow flurry, wanting dearly for somewhere warm, and a blinky tail light, as the sky was now grey and I was probably not very visible(that and there are no shoulders on the roads up here).
I recalculated my bearings, and started to head south. Soon I would decide that it was too cold, mostly because I couldn't feel/move my fingers, even though I had my warm winter gloves on, so that I should head home. Garmin to the rescue again, as I didn't know the town I was in. Slight re-route and 30 more minutes and I would be home.

It didn't get any warmer when I was heading home, but the sun did come out, so my mood came up slightly, but that was probably the coldest ride of the 2010-2011 year. I'm glad I got out of the house for a lil bit, but man was it cold, 34 degrees when I finished.
